COMMITTEES
We are looking for volunteers! Below is a list of the committes where we need help. Please contact any of the people listed to find out how you can be a part of our stadium drive or email caneraisers@epbfi.com. Aside from raising funds, we’re seeking volunteer labor, skills, and gifts in kind to help make the stadium a reality. Individuals and business partners with expertise in the following areas are especially needed…
Surveyors, engineers, architects,
excavators, heavy equipment operators,
brick and concrete masons, electricians,
plumbers, carpenters, welders,
landscapers, irrigation & drainage
experts, fencing, lighting, and more!
Be it someone in your household, a relative, friend, or business associate, please help us identify sources who can help with this endeavor. Or, if you’d like to be a part of this committee, we’d love to have you!

USS
January 27, 2010
Dear East Hamilton Hurricane Supporters,
In October of 2006, it was announced that a new Middle/High School would be built to service the growing need for a school in the eastern part of the county. At that time, there was not an approved blue print for the school, a principal or a staff, and a sufficient amound of funds.
A group was formed called United for School Success (USS). The mission of this group was to raise the necessary funds needed to insure our students had what was needed to open the school. To this extent, the mission was accomplished under very difficult economic times. We were able to supplement the school with some much desired and needed technology, lab equipment, musical items, start-up money for athletics as well as other items.
The USS has fulfilled its mission and is no longer needed. Again, the purpose of this group was to assist with school needs until the school opened. The school is awesome, the faculty and staff are fabulous, and the focus now is on exterior venues.
Going forward, the new "group" will be called the Cane Raisers! Please check back soon as new programs, incentives and news will be posted shortly. Their focus is to raise money for the extra-curricular and athletic venues. I encourage everyone that was a part of the USS to continue to support the school through this new group.
I want to offer a special thanks to all of you who supported the USS and the new school. Without your time, talents, and financial support, we would not be where we are today.
Sincerely,
Curtis Smith
President -- USS
